What is the At-You Supplier Portal?

The supplier portal is where you create, maintain, and track your services. A service becomes customer-visible only after the supplier and its delivery configuration are genuinely ready for bookings.

The same model extends to mobile experiences in future phases.

Service, categories, and payment options

Services are grouped into categories to help customers discover the right option quickly. Billing can be one-off, hourly, or recurring depending on the service model.

• Service: what the customer buys (e.g. coaching, cleaning, repair).
• Service categories: groups like Gardening, Tutoring, and Coaching.
• Payment options: advance payment, split/partial, or policy-based settlement.
• Recurring and block bookings: ideal for tutoring, cleaning, and instruction services.

Staff members and availability

A supplier can manage one account with multiple services and team members while keeping a single consistent public profile.

Staff members drive scheduling and calendars. Service availability is derived from staff availability, which helps prevent double-booking and supports scale.

• Create a staff profile and attach skills to one or more services.
• Set personal calendars to control booking slots.
• Invite staff to access their own assigned jobs and calendars.
